نقش اعتیاد به اینترنت، ذهن آگاهی، و تاب آوری در پیش بینی سلامت روان دانش آموزان در دوره همه گیری کرونا ویروس 2019

زمینه و هدف: کرونا ویروس 2019 بیماری عفونی تنفسی حاد با علائم اصلی تب، سرفه، و تنگی نفس شناخته می­شود. این ویروس قدرت انتقال و کشندگی بسیار بالایی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش اعتیاد به اینترنت، ذهن­ آگاهی، و تاب­ آوری در پیش­ بینی سلامت روانی دانش ­آموزان طی همه­ گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 انجام شد.
روش­: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانش ­آموزان مدارس متوسطه ناحیه دوم شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. نمونه­ مورد مطالعه شامل 220 دانش ­آموز مقاطع تحصیلی هفتم، هشتم و نهم بود که به روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس از طریق فراخوان اینترنتی در پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه سلامت روان (کیز، 2002)، پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت (یانگ، 1998)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن­ آگاهی فرایبورگ (والاچ و همکاران، 2006) و مقیاس تاب­ آوری (کانر و داویدسون، 2003) بود. تحلیل داده­ ها توسط نسخه 24 نرم­افزار SPSS و با استفاده با روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان انجام شد.
یافته­ ها: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، اعتیاد به اینترنت، ذهن ­آگاهی، و تاب­ آوری به صورت معناداری سلامت روانی دانش­ آموزان را پیش­ بینی می­ کنند (0/01> p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد اثر اعتیاد به اینترنت (0/43-) بر سلامت روانی دانش ­آموزان منفی و معنادار است. در مقابل اثر ذهن آگاهی (0/70) و تاب ­آوری (0/65) بر سلامت روانی دانش­ آموزان مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مشخص کرد که اعتیاد به اینترنت، ذهن­ آگاهی، و تاب ­آوری 48 درصد از سلامت روانی دانش ­آموزان را در طی همه ­گیری کووید-19 پیش ­بینی می ­کنند.
نتیجه­ گیری: مطالعه حاضر نقش اعتیاد به اینترنت، ذهن ­آگاهی و تاب­ آوری را در تبیین سلامت روانی دانش ­آموزان در دوره همه­ گیری کووید-19 تصریح کرده است. استلزامات نتایج به دست آمده در مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
