مقایسه اثربخشی نقاشی درمانی، گل بازی، و روش تلفیقی بر تاب آوری کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی

زمینه و هدف: عدم بازداری رفتاری در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون­ کنشی نحوه  پاسخ­ دهی آنان را با مشکل مواجه می­ کند. این کودکان توانایی منتظر ماندن را ندارند، بدین سبب تاب­ آوری در آنان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی نقاشی ­درمانی، گل ­بازی و روش تلفیقی (روش تلفیق هر دو روش نقاشی ­درمانی و گل ­بازی با هم) بر تاب­ آوری کودکان نارسایی توجه/ فزون­ کنشی انجام شد.      
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی از نوع تک­ آزمودنی با طرحABA  بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان 8 تا 11 سال با اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون­ کنشی بود که در سال تحصیلی 1400- 1399 در مراکز درمانی شهر تهران خدمات دریافت می­ کردند. از بین آنها تعداد 6 کودک (سه پسر و سه دختر) بر اساس ملاک های ورود و خروج و به شیوه نمونه ­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 2 نفری جای­ دهی­ شدند. مداخلات نقاشی ­درمانی، گل ­بازی، و روش تلفیقی (تلفیق دو روش نقاشی ­درمانی و گل ­بازی) برای هر کودک و مادر طبق برنامه بازی­درمانی کودک­ محور با روی­ آورد لندرث و براتون (2006)، به صورت 2 جلسه (یک ساعته) در هفته و به مدت 2 ماه طی 8 هفته (16 جلسه) اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس توانمندی­ های اجتماعی- هیجانی و تاب­ آوری (مرل، 2008) بود. تحلیل دیداری داده­ ها در دو سطح درون­ موقعیتی و بین­ موقعیتی بر اساس سه شاخص سطح یا طراز، روند و تغییرپذیری انجام شد.       
یافته ­ها: یافته­ های پژوهش نشان داد که مداخلات درمانی در دو گروه نقاشی­ درمانی و روش تلفیقی (روش تلفیق هر دو روش نقاشی­ درمانی و گل ­بازی با هم) اثربخش بوده است. کارآمدترین روش در ارتقاء تاب­ آوری، روش تلفیقی (روش تلفیق هر دو روش نقاشی­ درمانی و گل­بازی با هم) بود (0/05P<). درصد بهبودی کلی گل­ بازی کمتر از مداخلات درمانی دیگر بوده و اثربخشی معناداری بر تاب­ آوری کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون­ کنشی نداشت (0/05P>).    
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به یافته­ های پژوهش می ­توان نتیجه گرفت که مداخلات نقاشی­ درمانی و روش تلفیقی (روش تلفیق هر دو روش نقاشی­ درمانی و گل­ بازی با هم) می­ تواند سبب افزایش تاب­ آوری کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون­ کنشی شود. تبیین­ های لازم برای نتایج به دست آمده در مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
