مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش نظریه خودتعیین گری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت خواب و امید تحصیلی در دانش آموزان با اختلال بازی اینترنتی با و بدون همبودی اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون-کنشی

زمینه و هدف: به موازات همه­ گیر شدن استفاده از اینترنت، استفاده بیش از حد آن توسط دانش­آموزان می­تواند به مشکلاتی شبیه اعتیاد و وابستگی منجر شود و پیامدهای نامطلوبی بر عملکرد تحصیلی و شخصی آنان داشته باشد. بدین ترتیب مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش نظریه خودتعیین­ گری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت خواب و امید تحصیلی در دانش ­آموزان با اختلال بازی اینترنتی با و بدون همبودی اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون­کنشی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه ­آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون - پس­آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، تمامی دانش ­آموزان 12 تا 14 ساله با اختلال بازی اینترنتی در سال 1399 شهرستان خرم­ آباد با تعداد 5200 نفر بود. تعداد نمونه 42 نفر بود که به روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه جایدهی شدند (هر گروه 14 نفر). ابزارهای گردآوری داده­ های این پژوهش شامل آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی- 20 (پونتس، 2014)، پرسشنامه ارزیابی سلامت روان کودکان و نوجوانان (اسپرافیگن و گادو، 1994)، مقیاس امید به تحصیل (خرمائی و کمری، 1396) و پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ (بویس و همکاران، 1989) بود. همچنین گروه ­­های مداخله تحت 9 جلسه دو ساعته برنامه مداخله ­­ای آموزش نظریه خودتعیین­ گری (گروه مداخله یکم) و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (گروه مداخله دوم) قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده­ ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در محیط SPSS26  انجام شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل داده ­ها نشان داد که در هر دوگروه­ آموزش نظریه خودتعیین­ گری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد تفاوت معناداری بین دو مرحله پس ­آزمون و پیگیری در کیفیت خواب و امید تحصیلی وجود داشت (001/0p<). همچنین با کنترل اثر پیش­ آزمون، تعامل دو متغیر عضویت گروهی و گروه همبودی نارسایی توجه/ فزون­کنشی در امید تحصیلی دانش­آموزان معنادار است (0/001p<).
نتیجه­ گیری: هر دو روش آموزش نظریه خود­تعیین­ گری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، به یک اندازه می­ توانند با تأثیر معنادار بر کیفیت خواب و امید تحصیلی به دانش آموزان با اختلال بازی اینترنتی کمک کنند.
