مقایسه اثربخشی دارودرمانی و نوروفیدبک بر بهبود کنش های اجرایی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه - فزون کنشی

زمینه و هدف: اختلال نارسایی­ توجه- فزون‌کنشی یکی از شایع ­ترین اختلالات عصبی- تحولی دوران کودکی است که بر کنش­ های اجرایی افراد مبتلا، تأثیر منفی دارد. بدین ترتیب مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان اثربخشی و مقایسه دارودرمانی و نوروفیدبک بر بهبود کنش ­های اجرایی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزون­کنشی انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه ­تجربی با طرح پیش­ آزمون- پس ­آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان پسر با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزون­کنشی مدارس استثنایی شهر رشت در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 36 نفر از کودکان جامعه مذکور بودند که به روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه (12 نفر در گروه دارودرمانی، 12 نفر در گروه نوروفیدبک، و 12 نفر در گروه گواه) جایدهی شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ های این پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه­ رتبه ­بندی رفتاری کنش ­های اجرایی (جیوویا و همکاران، 2000) بود. تحلیل داده ­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در محیط SPSS22 انجام شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش دارودرمانی و نوروفیدبک بر بهبود کنش­های اجرایی کلی و مؤلفه­ های آن در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزون­کنشی مؤثر بوده است (0/001>p). با این حال، نوروفیدبک بیشتر از دارودرمانی بر بهبود کنش­ های اجرایی کلی و مؤلفه ­های آن در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزون­کنشی اثر داشته است (0/001>p).
نتیجه ­گیری: دارودرمانی با تأثیر بر ساختارهای مغزی و نوروفیدبک علاوه بر تأثیر بر ساختارهای مغزی با استفاده از اصول یادگیری شرطی­ سازی عاملی به لحاظ کارکردی نیز به تغییر و بهبود امواج مغزی، تقویت مهارت خودنظم‌جویی، ارتقاء عملکرد مغزی و در نهایت به میزان بیشتری به بهبود کنش­های اجرایی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزون­کنشی منجر می­ شود.
