تأثیر بازی درمانی گروهی بر رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و مهارت های اجتماعی کودکان پیش دبستانی

زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه فراوان ­ترین مشکل رفتاری کودکان پیش­ دبستانی است و عوامل متعددی از جمله فقدان مهارت­ های اجتماعی نقش مهمی در این زمینه ایفا می­ کنند. در این راستا بازی یکی از موثرترین شیوه ­های کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برون­ نمود کودکان و افزایش مهارت­ های ارتباطی و اجتماعی آنان محسوب می ­شود. بدین ترتیب هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر بازی­ درمانی به شیوه گروهی بر رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و مهارت ­های اجتماعی کودکان پیش دبستانی بود.
روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه ­آزمایشی بوده که از نوع پیش ­آزمون پس ­آزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 24 نفر از کودکان پیش ­دبستانی واجد رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه شهر لاهیجان در سال 95- 94 بود که به روش نمونه ­گیری خوشه ­ای انتخاب شده و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. برای جمع ­آوری داده­ ها از پرسشنامه پرخاشگری کودکان پیش­ دبستانی واحدی و همکاران (1387) و مهارت­ های اجتماعی ماتسون (1983) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه­ 45 دقیقه ­ای (هفته­ ای دوبار) بازی ­درمانی گروهی را دریافت کردند و یک هفته بعد از پایان جلسات، مرحله پس ­آزمون برای هر دوگروه  اجرا شد. برای تحلیل داده ­ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: یافته ­ها نشان داد بازی­ درمانی گروهی به کاهش پرخاشگری و مؤلفه­ های آن شامل پرخاشگری کلامی تهاجمی، پرخاشگری فیزیکی تهاجمی، پرخاشگری رابطه ­ای، و پرخاشگری تکانشی (0/000 = P)، و افزایش معنادار مؤلفه­ های مهارت­ های اجتماعی مناسب و اطمینان به خود، منجر شد. همچنین این شیوه مداخله باعث کاهش معنادار مؤلفه ­های جسارت نامناسب، تکانشگری، حسادت، و گوشه­ گیری (0/000 = P) شد.
نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس یافته­ های به ­دست آمده در این مطالعه می­ توان نتیجه گرفت که بازی ­درمانی این فرصت را در اختیار کودکان قرار می ­دهد تا احساس ­های درونی خود را که ناشی از تنش،کام ­نایافتگی، ترس، و سردرگمی است، نشان دهند و یاد بگیرند چگونه پرخاشگری را مهار کرده یا کنار بگذارند. از آنجایی که کودکان پیش ­دبستانی در بازی­ درمانی گروهی، مهارت­ هایی مانند پیروی از قواعد اجتماعی، نحوه تعامل و همکاری با دیگران، و مدیریت هیجان­ های منفی در روابط بین فردی را می­ آموزند، استفاده از این شیوه جهت آماده­ سازی آنها برای ورود به دنیای اجتماعی بزرگ­تر، ضروری به نظر می­ رسد.
