اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خودپنداشت و تنظیم هیجانی کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری

زمینه و هدف: ناتوانی­ های یادگیری از جمله مشکلاتی هستند که از دیرباز مورد توجه متخصصان و روان‌شناسان حوزه کودک بوده ­اند. کودکان مبتلابه این اختلال با وجود هوش بهنجار، قادر به پیشرفت تحصیلی در زمینه‌های خواندن، نوشتن، و ریاضیات نیستند. این وضعیت سبب می‌شود تا این کودکان از خودپنداشت و حرمت‌ خود پایین و تنظیم هیجانی پایینی برخوردار باشند؛ بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خودپنداشت و تنظیم هیجانی کودکان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دبستانی مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. به‌منظور انجام‌ این پژوهش، نمونه‌ای شامل 30 نفر از جامعه آماری مذکور به روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه به‌صورت تصادفی جایدهی شدند. ابزارهای استفاده شده در‌ این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه­ های مشکلات یادگیری (ویلکات و همکاران، 2011)، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی و همکاران، 2002)، و خودپنداشت کودکان (پیرز هریس، 1969) بود. مداخله آموزشی در طی 9 جلسه آموزشی 60 دقیقه­ ای در طول 2 ماه فقط برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد و در پایان داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خودپنداشت (F=13/77, P<0/0001) و تنظیم هیجانی مثبت (F=154/65, P<0/0001) و منفی (F=105/17, P<0/0001) کودکان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری تأثیر معنادار داشته است؛ بدین معنی که این درمان به بهبود خودپنداشت و تنظیم هیجانی مثبت کودکان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری و کاهش تنظیم هیجانی منفی آنها منجر شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته پژوهش حاضر می­ توان گفت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش تعهد با آشکار ساختن ارزش­ها و عمل متعهدانه و ایجاد انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت بهبود خودپنداشت و تنظیم هیجانی کودکان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری به کار رود. علاوه بر این شیوه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد می ­تواند دیگر پردازش‌های شناختی و هیجانی مانند تنظیم هیجانی را نیز تحت تأثیر مثبت قرار دهد.
