رابطه صفات شخصیتی، سبک‌های دلبستگی و والدگری والدین با سلامت جسمانی کودکان

زمینه و هدف: نتایج مطالعات متعدد حاکی از آن است که ویژگی‌های روان­شناختی والدین تأثیر زیادی بر سلامت روانی کودکان دارند، اما ، پژوهش‌های اندکی به رابطه سلامت جسمانی کودکان با سازه­های روان­شناختی تمرکز داشته‌اند؛ بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه صفات شخصیتی، سبک‌های دلبستگی، و سبک‌های والدگری والدین با سلامت جسمانی کودکان انجام شد.
روش: نوع مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران و پدران کودکان ساکن در مهدهای کودک منطقه 13 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود که از بین آنها 350 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق­ساخته سلامت جسمانی کودکان پیش‌دبستانی، پرسش‌نامه سبک‌های والدگری بامریند (1972)، پرسش‌نامه سبک‌های دلبستگی کولینز و رید (1990)، و پرسش‌نامه پنج عاملی شخصیت نئو (1997) استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که صفات شخصیتی وظیفه‌شناسی، سبک دلبستگی ایمن، سبک والدگری مقتدرانه، سبک والدگری سهل‌گیرانه، و سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی به ترتیب توانستند 0/27، 0/30، 0/32، 0/34 و 0/35 از سلامت جسمانی کودکان را پیش‌بینی‌کنند (0/01p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: طبق یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان نتیجه گفت که صفات شخصیتی، سبک‌های دلبستگی، و سبک‌های والدگری والدین به‌طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تأثیر مهمی بر سلامت جسمانی کودکان مهدکودک دارند. استلزام‌های نتیجه به‌دست‌آمده در مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
