تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش شفقت به خود، تحمل پریشانی، و تنظیم هیجان در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف: اضطراب­ اجتماعی یکی از ناتوان‌کننده‌ترین اختلالات اضطرابی است که در زندگی شخصی، تعاملات اجتماعی، زندگی حرفه­ای، و سایر ابعاد زندگی فرد، سازش­نایافتگی ایجاد می­کند. در این ارتباط پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش شفقت به خود، تحمل پریشانی، و تنظیم هیجان در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شده است.
روش: در این پژوهش از روش نیمه­ آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه مبتلابه اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی شهر تهران در زمستان 1395 بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 60 نفر انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفرِ آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد اضطراب اجتماعی (کانور و همکاران، 2000)، شفقت به خود (نوربالا، 1392)، تحمل پریشانی (سیمون و همکاران، 2005)، و تنظیم هیجان (گارنفکس و همکاران، 2001) بوده است. برنامه درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد. در پایان داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک ­متغیره و چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند.
 یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده ­ها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی و افزایش شفقت به خود، افزایش تحمل پریشانی، و تنظیم هیجان دانش‌آموزان تأثیر داشته است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میزان تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی (288/817F=، 0/535= η، 0/05 p< افزایش شفقت به خود کلی (149/196F=، 0/62= η، 0/05>p)، تحمل پریشانی کلی (352/88= F، 0/56= η، 0/05>p)، و تنظیم هیجان (185/842F=، 0/57= η، 0/05>p) معنادار بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش می­توان گفت در درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به دانش‌آموزان آموخته می‌شود که به‌جای اجتناب فکری و عملی از افکار و موقعیت‌هایی که در در جمع با آنها روبرو می‌شوند با افزایش پذیرش روانی و ذهنی نسبت به تجارب درونی، با اضطراب اجتماعی مقابله کنند. همچنین رویارویی فعال و مؤثر با افکار و احساسات،  تغییر نگاه نسبت به خود، و بازنگری در ارزش­ها و اهداف زندگی را می­توان از عوامل اصلی مؤثر در روش درمان پذیرش و تعهد دانست.
