تأثیر آموزش مدیریت والدین برکاهش علایم رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون کنشی

زمینه و هدف: اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون­ کنشی، الگوی پایدار عدم توجه، فزون کنشی، ورفتارهای تکانشی است که شدیدتر و شایع ­تر از آن است که معمولاً درکودکان با سطح تحول مشابه، دیده می ­شود. برخی متخصصان متعقدند که تمامی مداخلات درمانی نباید بر کودک مبتلا به این اختلال، متمرکز شود؛ که والدین و دیگر اعضای خانواده نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر برنامه آموزش مدیریت والدین (مادران) برکاهش علایم رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون­ کنشی بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، شبه ­تجربی با دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، همراه با پیش ­آزمون و پس ­آزمون بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون­ کنشی  7 تا 12 ساله شهرستان خنج در استان فارس در سال 1396 بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه 30 نفر از مادران کودکان مذکور بودند که به شیوه نمونه ­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. برنامه آموزش مدیریت والدین به صورت 8 جلسه یک و نیم ساعته و به صورت هفته­ ای دو جلسه به گروه آزمایشی ارائه شد ولی گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ­ای دریافت نکرد. از هر دو گروه آزمایش و گواه به کمک پرسشنامه ­های پژوهش، پیش ­آزمون و پس ­آزمون به عمل آمد. این پرسشنامه ها شامل مقیاس درجه ­بندی والدین کانرز (1987) و پرسشنامه نشانه های مرضی لاویباند (1995) بود.
یافته ­ها:تحلیل داده­ ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد برنامه ­های آموزش مدیریت والدین باعث تفاوت معنادار در نمرات مشکلات رفتاری این کودکان در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه هم در سطح نمره کل و هم در سطح خرده ­مقیاس ­های مشکلات رفتار هنجاری، اجتماعی، روان­­تنی، واضطراب- خجالت شده است (0/001P<)، به طوری که میزان مشکلات رفتاری در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس ­آزمون، کاهش معناداری داشته است و اندازه اثر 46/0 بود (0/001P<).
نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس یافته ­های این مطالعه می­ توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه مدیریت رفتار از طریق اصلاح شیوه ­های تعاملی خانواده با کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/فزون ­کنشی، آموزش چگونه رفتار کردن والدین، افزایش درک والدین  از علایم رفتاری اختلال، اصلاح نگرش آنان درباره اختلال، و استفاده از شیوه ­های صحیح تنبیه و تقویت، باعث بهبود مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به این اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی می ­شود.
