تأثیر مشاوره گروهی راه‌حل محور بر انگیزش تحصیلی دانش آموزان

زمینه و هدف: انگیزش تحصیلی عامل مهمی برای آموزش و یادگیری است که بدون آن پیشرفت و موفقیت تحصیلی دانش­ آموزان امکان‌پذیر نیست. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی راه‌حل محور بر بهبود انگیزش تحصیلی دانش­آموزان پسر ششم مقطع ابتدایی بود.
روش: این مطالعه به روش نیمه­ آزمایشی و با طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش ­آموزان پسر پایه ششم ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 97- 1396 در تهران بود. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل 20 دانش‌آموز از جامعه مذکور بودند که به‌ روش نمونه­ گیری در دسترس انتخاب، و به ‌صورت تصادفی در گروه­ های آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. ابزار این پژوهش، پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر (1981) بود. گروه آزمایش 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای مداخله مشاوره گروهی را دریافت کردند درحالی‌که برای گروه گواه، مداخله‌ای صورت نگرفت. در پایان، پس‌آزمون برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و گواه اجرا شد و داده ­های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره، تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها:  نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی راه‌حل محور بر انگیزش تحصیلی دانش­آموزان هم در بعد انگیزش بیرونی (0/000 = P ، 18/897 = (16و 1) F) و هم در بعد انگیزش درونی (0/012 = P ، 7/972 = (16 و 1) F) اثر مثبت دارد؛ بدین معنا که میانگین نمرات انگیزش تحصیلی در هر دو زیرمقیاس­ های انگیزش بیرونی و درونی در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه، افزایش معناداری را نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، مشاوره گروهی راه‌حل محور با تمرکز بر توانایی‌ها و امکانات دانش­ آموزان و همچنین با یادآوری موفقیت‌های گذشته آنان، برداشت دانش ­آموزان درباره‌ مسائل تحصیلی‌شان را تغییر می‌دهد و می­تواند انگیزه آنان برای تحصیل را تقویت، و دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی را تسهیل ­کند. بنابراین می‌توان انتظار داشت که با برگزاری جلسات مشاوره گروهی راه‌حل محور بتوان انگیزش تحصیلی دانش ­آموزان را افزایش داد.
