اثربخشی بازی های ریتمیک بر برنامه ریزی و سازماندهی، انعطاف پذیری، بازداری، و فراشناخت کودکان پیش دبستانی

زمینه و هدف: پیدا کردن روش­ های مناسب برای بهبود کنش‌های اجرایی همچون مهارت­ های برنامه ­ریزی و سازمان‌دهی، انعطاف‌پذیری، بازداری، و فراشناخت در کودکان پیش­دبستانی به واسطه­ اثر این مهارت­ها­ در تمامی  فعالیت­ های آینده این کودکان، حائز اهمیت خاصی است؛ از این رو هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی بازی ­های ریتمیک بر میزان مهارت­ های برنامه­ ریزی و سازمان‌دهی، انعطاف ­پذیری، بازداری، و فراشناخت کودکان پیش دبستانی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه ­آزمایشی با طرح پیش­ آزمون و پس­ آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان 6-4 ساله ثبت نام شده در مهدکودک ­ها و مراکز پیش­ دبستانی شهر رشت در سال 1396 بود که تعداد 30 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس و بر حسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش به‌عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع ­آوری داده ­ها مقیاس درجه ­بندی رفتار کنش­وری اجرایی (اسپای، ایسکوئس و جیویا، 2002) بود. آزمودنی­ های گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه 45 دقیقه­ ای به‌صورت گروهی تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند، در حالی که گروه گواه چنین آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مداخله­ بازی‌های ریتمیک توانسته است عملکرد مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی (0/001> P و 21/11=F)، انعطاف‌پذیری (0/001 > P و 17/89=F)، بازداری (0/01 > P و 7/58=F)، و فراشناخت (0/001 > P و 19/59=F) گروه آزمایش را بهبود دهد.
نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می­ توان استنباط کرد اجرای بازی­ های ریتمیک به‌صورت جلساتی جذاب و سلسله ­مراتبی، با ایجاد تحرک و نشاط به همراه موسیقی و ریتم، این فرصت را در اختیار کودکان قرار می‌دهد تا توانایی خود را در مهارت­ های برنامه ­ریزی و سازمان‌دهی، انعطاف­ پذیری، بازداری، و فراشناخت تقویت کنند؛ بنابراین، این شیوه می­ تواند به‌عنوان یک شیوه تکمیلی در کنار سایر برنامه‌های آموزشی به کار رود.
