مقایسه تأثیر آموزش کنش های اجرایی و مداخله مبتنی بر الگوی بارکلی بر عملکرد خواندن و خودپنداشت تحصیلی دانش آموزان مبتلا به نارساخوانی

زمینه و هدف: نارساخوانی که از شایع‌ترین و مهم­ترین اختلال­ های خواندن در بین کودکان است، با مشکلاتی در رمزگشایی کلمه، توانایی پایین در مهارت‌های پردازش واج‌شناختی، و مشکلات مختلفی در زمینه زبان نوشتاری مشخص می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تأثیر آموزش کنش ­های اجرایی و الگوی بارکلی بر عملکرد خواندن و خودپنداشت تحصیلی در دانش­ آموزان مبتلا به نارساخوانی است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش­ های نیمه ­آزمایشی است. بر این اساس از بین دانش ­آموزان شاغل به تحصیل در پایه سوم دبستان شهر بندرعباس در سال تحصیلی 96-1395، تعداد 45 دانش ­آموز مبتلا به نارساخوانی به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در 3 گروه 15 نفره (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه) جایدهی شدند. از پرسشنامه عملکرد خواندن (عابدی، 1395) و پرسشنامه خودپنداشت تحصیلی(یی- هیسن چن،2004) برای جمع ­آوری داده­ ها در دو مرحله­ پیش­ آزمون و پس­ آزمون استفاده شد. بسته آموزش کنش­ های اجرایی و مداخله مبتنی بر الگوی بارکلی به ترتیب برای شرکت ­کنندگان گروه­ آزمایش اول و دوم در طی 7 جلسه­ آموزش داده شد، اما شرکت­ کنندگان گروه گواه هیچ­ گونه مداخله ­ای را در این زمینه دریافت نکردند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک­ متغیری نشان داد که مداخله­ مبتنی بر کنش ­های اجرایی و روش مداخله­ بارکلی بر نمره عملکرد خواندن و خودپنداشت­ دانش­ آموزان مبتلا به نارساخوانی به طور کلی تأثیر معناداری دارند، اما آموزش کنش ­های اجرایی بر هر دو متغیر وابسته تأثیر بیشتری داشته است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری نیز نشان داد که هر دو مداخله بر ابعاد عملکرد خواندن و خودپنداشت تحصیلی تأثیر معنی­ داری دارند ولی آموزش کنش ­های اجرایی بر هر دو متغیر وابسته تأثیر بیشتری داشته است (0/05p<).
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به اثربخش­تر بودن مداخله مبتنی بر کنش­ های اجرایی در مقایسه با الگوی بارکلی در دانش ­آموزان با اختلال خواندن می­توان این­ گونه تبیین کرد که مؤلفه­ های کنش­ های اجرایی از قبیل حافظه فعال، برنامه ­ریزی، و سازماندهی ذهنی رابطه بسیار نزدیکی با مهارت خواندن دارند و از این طریق می­ توانند بر عملکرد خواندن تاتیر بگذارند و در نتیجه سطح خودپنداشت آنها را نیز افزایش دهند.
