تأثیر آموزش همدلی بر مهارت های حل مسئله اجتماعی دانش آموزان دختر دارای تجربه تروما

زمینه و هدف:. انسان در طول زندگی خود با حوادث آسیب­ زای بسیاری مواجه می­ شود که پیامد­­های ناشی از آن متفاوت است. بسیاری از کودکان و نوجوانان در طی تحول خود رویداد­های تنش­گر مانند اعتیاد والدین و مرگ یک خویشاوند سالخورده و مانند آن را تجربه می­ کنند. اختلال تنیدگی پس از ضربه، اختلال پیچیده و مزمنی است که باعث بروز مشکلات قابل ملاحظه و اختلال در کنش­وری اجتماعی و آموزشی می­­ شود. روش­ ها و روی­ آوردهای مختلفی برای درمان این اختلال وجود دارد که پیامدهای مختلفی را به دنبال دارند. هدف از  انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر آموزش همدلی بر حل ­مسئله اجتماعی دانش­ آموزان دختر دارای تجربه تروما است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع نیمه ­آزمایشی با طرح پیش ­آزمون پس ­آزمون بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 36  نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر 14-15 ساله مقطع نهم دارای تجربه تروماتیک شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود که به شیوه نمونه ­گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. برای جمع­ آوری داده­ ها از پرسشنامه خودگزارشی سرند کردن حوادث تروماتیک (فورد و همکاران، 2002)، مصاحبه بالینی و فرم کوتاه حل ­مسئله اجتماعی (دزوریلا، نیزو و مایدیو- الیورز ، 2002) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه، هر هفته یک جلسه، تحت مداخله آموزش همدلی قرار گرفتند و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های به­ دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس، انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که آموزش همدلی به طور معنی‌داری  باعث افزایش مهارت حل­ مسئله اجتماعی و بهبود مؤلفه‌های حل­ مسئله منطقی و سبک اجتنابی می‌شود (0/01>P)، اما در مؤلفه‌های جهت‌گیری مثبت به مسئله، جهت‌گیری منفی به مسئله و سبک تکانشی/ بی‌احتیاطی، تفاوت معنادار دیده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده از آموزش همدلی و تعمیم آن به بافت‌های اجتماعی مختلف، می‌توان حل­ مسئله اجتماعی افراد دارای تجربه تروماتیک را بهبود بخشید. همچنین این روش درمانی می‌تواند به عنوان ظرفیتی برای افزایش خودمهارگری جهت جلوگیری از بروز نشانه‌های اختلال  تنیدگی پس از ضربه در شرایط گوناگون استفاده شود.
