fa اثربخشی مداخله‌ی بهنگام خانواده- محور بر نشانگان استرس مادران کودکان با آسیب ‌شنوایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>با تولد کودک دارای ناتوانی، والدین با چالش‌های بسیاری مواجه می‌‌شوند. به طور کلی والدین کودکان با ناتوانی در مقایسه با والدین کودکان عادی استرس بیشتری دارند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخله بهنگام خانواده-محور بر نشانگان استرس مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل&nbsp; بود. حجم نمونه 32&nbsp; مادر بودند که از میان&nbsp; همه‌ی مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جاگماری شدند، به طوری که هر گروه 16 نفر بود. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه نشانگان استرس خدایاری‌فرد و پرند(1385)&nbsp; استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌متغیره و چندمتغیره تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین نمرات نشانگان استرس و خرده‌مقیاس‌های آن ( نشانه‌های جسمی، نشانه‌های&nbsp; عاطفی، نشانه‌های شناختی و نشانه‌های رفتاری) در گروه آزمایش به طور معناداری کاهش یافته است (05/0<span dir="LTR">P < </span>&nbsp;).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>در واقع یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده این بود که مداخله بهنگام خانواده-محور سبب بهبود نشانگان استرس در مادران کودکان با آسیب شنوایی شده است.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> With the birth of child with disabilityy, parents are faced with many challenges. Generally, parents of children with disabilities have more stress than parents of typically developing children. So, the purpose of the present study was to investigate of the effectiveness of family- centered early interventions on stress symptoms in mothers of children with hearing impairment.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> Study procedure was experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The sample size was 32 mothers that were selected by available sampling method of all mothers of hearing impaired children in Shiraz city in the academic year 2014-2015 and assigned into experimental and group control, randomly. The number of each experimental and control groups were 16 mother. Stress symptoms Questionnaire was used to collect data.
