fa مطالعه تحلیلی طرح‌واره‌های سازش نایافته اولیه در کودکان آزاردیده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> فرآیند تحول کودک تابع تأثیر متقابل عوامل زیستی، روان &shy;شناختی و اجتماعی است و خانواده نقش بسیار اساسی را در این زمینه ایفا می‌کند. مطالعه پیشینه پژوهشی نشان می&shy;دهد که کودکان بیشتر از هرجایی در میان خانواده در معرض خطر خشونت و بدرفتاری قرار می&shy; گیرند و این آسیب&shy; های جسمی، جنسی، روانی و غفلت که به کودک وارد می&shy;شود وی را ازنظر روانی آشفته می&shy; کند و باعث ایجاد طرح‌واره‌ها و تفکرات غیرمنطقی در ذهن او می&shy;شود. طرح‌واره‌ها به‌عنوان عناصر شناختی، نقش مهمی را در سازمان‌دهی شخصیت و نحوه تفسیر تجربه &shy;های فرد از رویدادها ایفا می &shy;کنند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong>روش&shy;:</strong> مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- توصیفی و مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای انجام شد. بدین منظور پایگاه&shy; های علمی با کلیدواژه &shy;های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و از اسناد و مقاله &shy;های به‌دست‌آمده مواردی که دارای اطلاعات معتبر علمی بودند مورد تحلیل، بررسی، مقایسه، تبیین و استنتاج قرار گرفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> جمع&shy; بندی پیشینه پژوهشی درزمینه طرح‌واره‌های سازش &shy;نایافته اولیه در کودکان آزاردیده نشان می &shy;دهد که بیشتر 18 طرح‌واره سازش&shy; نایافته اولیه &shy;ای که توسط جفری یانگ (1990) معرفی شد، در کودکان آزاردیده وجود دارد و هر یک از آزارگری &shy;ها و بدرفتاری&shy; های والدین به‌نوبه خود منجر به شکل &shy;گیری و تشدید یک یا چند مورد از طرح‌واره‌های سازش &shy;نایافته اولیه می&shy;شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> لازم است در سطح خرد و کلان برنامه&shy; ریزی&shy; های کافی برای ریشه&shy; یابی آسیب&shy; ها، ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری، اجرای برنامه&shy; های آموزشی و پژوهشی و برگزاری نشست&shy; های تخصصی جهت جلوگیری از آزار کودکان صورت گیرد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> The process of child&rsquo;s development is influenced by interaction of biological, psychological and social factors and family has a basic role in child development. The study of research literature show that children are at risk of abuse among families more than anyplace, and these physical, sexual and psychological injuries and ignorance make mental distress in child, and create maladaptive schemas and irrational thoughts on children&#39;s mind. The schemas as cognitive elements play an important role in personality organization, and the way that persons interpret their experiences.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method:</strong> This paper done by descriptive analytical method and literature study. For this, scientific databases with relevant keywords were searched and reliable scientific documents and articles were studied, analyzed, reviewed, compared, explained, and conclude<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Summary of the literature about early maladaptive schemas in abused children show that most of 18 early maladaptive schemas that was introduced by Jeffrey Yaung (1990) happen in abused children and each of abuses and maltreatments of parents in turn leads to formation and intensification of one or more of the domains of the early maladaptive schemas.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Adequate planning is required in the micro and macro levels to knowing causes of the abuse, using prevention strategies, and holding educational and research programs.
