fa سنجش و اولویت‌بندی نیازهای والدین دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی یک اختلال روان‌پزشکی است که در دوره کودکی ظاهر شده و از شایع‌ترین اختلال‌های دوران کودکی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش و اولویت‌بندی نیازهای والدین دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی والدین دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون‌کنشی شهرستان رشت در سال تحصیلی 1395-1394 بود که نمونه&shy;ای به حجم 120 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس نیازهای خانواده برای خانواده‌های ایرانی( نصیری و سامانی، 1387) استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج آزمون فریدمن در سطح گویه‌ها نشان داد که مهم‌ترین نیازهای والدین این دانش‌آموزان به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: نیاز به امنیت و آرامش، دوست داشتن و اظهار عشق و علاقه اعضاء خانواده به هم، رابطه خوب و سرشار از عشق و علاقه بین والدین و فرزندان، و روابط گرم و صمیمانه بین اعضاء خانواده. همچنین نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که به ترتیب مؤلفه‌های نیاز کل خانواده، نیازهای روانی- عاطفی، نیازهای تربیتی- آموزشی، نیازهای تفریحی- سرگرمی، نیازهای مادی- اقتصادی، و نیازهای سلامت جسمی دارای بیشترین اولویت بودند (001/0><span dir="LTR">P </span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> والدین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی سطوح بالاتری از تنیدگی‌های روانی مربوط به والدگری را تجربه می‌کنند و با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، طراحی برنامه مداخله‌ای مبتنی بر نیازهای شناسایی‌شده والدین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی ضروری است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Attention- deficit/ hyperactivity disorder is a psychiatric disorder that appears in childhood and is the most common disorders in childhood. The present study aims to assess and prioritize the needs of the parents of children with attention- deficit/ hyperactivity disorder.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method:</strong> The design of this descriptive research is survey. Participants of this research included all parents of the students with attention- deficit/ hyperactivity disorder in Rasht city in the school year 2015-2016 that 120 of them were selected by convenient sampling method. To collect data, Family Needs Scale for Iranian Families (Nasiri and Samani, 2008) was used.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results of Friedman test indicated that the most important needs of the parents of these students respectively are as follows: need for security and calmness, love, expressing love and interest of the family members in each other, good relationship and full of love and interest between the parents and children, warm and friendly relationships between the family members. Moreover, the results of Friedman test in total components showed the mental- emotional needs, psycho- educational needs, recreational entertainment needs, physical- economic needs; and bodily health needs are most important needs respectively (P< 0/001).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Consequently, parents of the children with attention- deficit/ hyperactivity disorder experience high levels of psychological distress in the parenting experience.
