fa استعدادیابی و پرورش استعداد در دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه: مطالعه مروری روایتی Talent identification and development for students with special needs: a narrative review تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه برای شکوفایی توانایی‌های خود به آموزش‌های ویژه و خدمات حمایتی نیاز دارند، با وجود این، روی‌آوردهای سنتی آموزشی بیشتر بر نواقص و ‌کشاکش‌های این دانش‌آموزان تمرکز داشته‌اند و کمتر به شناسایی و پرورش استعدادهای بالقوه آنان پرداخته‌اند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل چهارچوب علمی استعدادیابی و پرورش استعداد در دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه است. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مرور روایتی است که به بررسی چهارچوب علمی مرتبط با استعدادیابی و پرورش استعداد در دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه پرداخته است. جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه‌های معتبر علمی از جمله Google Scholar، Elsevier، PubMed، Scopus و پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (SID) با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط انجام شد. راهبرد جستجو شامل ترکیب عملگرهای بولی و محدودیت زمانی برای مقالات منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۰۵ تا ۲۰۲۵ بود. مقالات بر اساس معیارهای دقیق ورود و خروج بررسی شد که شامل انتشار در مجلات معتبر علمی، ارتباط مستقیم با موضوع پژوهش، و استفاده از روش‌های کمّی، کیفی، ترکیبی، و مروری بود. به‌منظور افزایش دقت و اعتبار تحلیل‌ها، از چارچوب استاندارد PRISMA برای شناسایی، غربالگری و انتخاب مطالعات استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از مقالات منتخب بر اساس اصول تحلیل مطالعات مرور روایتی طبقه‌بندی شدند تا چهارچوب علمی در حوزه استعدادیابی و پرورش استعداد استخراج شود. یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که روی‌آورد مبتنی بر نقاط قوت با تکیه بر مفاهیم تنوع عصبی و دوسو استثنایی، ظرفیت‌های کمتر دیده‌شده افراد با نیازهای ویژه را شناسایی و تقویت کرده و در ارتقای تحول شناختی، مهارت‌های اجتماعی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی، و کیفیت زندگی آنها مؤثر بوده است. مدل‌های نظری مانند مدل بونتینکس، هورن، کوپر و همکاران و سوباتنیک و همکاران نیز بر غنای این حوزه افزوده است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش بر ضرورت تغییر نگرش در سیستم‌های آموزشی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های مرتبط با دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه تأکید دارد. مطالعات آینده باید بر توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر توانمندی و استعدادیابی متمرکز شوند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Purpose: Students with special needs require specialized education and supportive services to unlock their full potential. However, traditional educational approaches have primarily focused on their deficits and challenges rather than identifying and nurturing their potential talents. This study aims to examine and analyze talent identification and development scientific framework for students with special needs. Method: This study is a narrative review that explores the scientific framework on talent identification and development in students with special needs. A comprehensive search of academic databases, including Google Scholar, Elsevier, PubMed, Scopus, and the Scientific Information Database (SID), was conducted using relevant keywords. The search strategy incorporated Boolean operators and a time restriction for articles published between 2005 and 2025. Articles were selected based on rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, including publication in reputable scientific journals, direct relevance to the research topic, and the use of quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, or review methodologies. To enhance the accuracy and validity of the analysis, the PRISMA framework was employed for study identification, screening, and selection. The data obtained from the selected articles were categorized based on the principles of narrative review analysis to extract scientific framework in the field of talent identification and development. Results: The research findings indicate that a strengths-based approach, grounded in the concepts of neurodiversity and twice exceptionality, identifies and enhances the often-overlooked capacities of individuals with special needs. This approach has proven effective in promoting their cognitive development, social skills, psychological well-being, and overall quality of life. Theoretical models such as those proposed by Boonenks, Horn, Cooper et al., and Subotnik et al. have also enriched this field of study. Conclusion: The findings of this study highlight the need for a shift in educational perspectives and policy-making concerning students with special needs.
