fa تأثیر نوروفیدبک بر علائم اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/‌‌‌ فزون‌کنشی در کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: سبب &shy;شناسی پیچیده‌ای برای اختلال نارسایی‌توجه/‌‌‌‌‌ فزون‌کنشی مطرح ‌شده است، نتایج پژوهش‌های متعدد حاکی از مبانی عصب‌شناختی این اختلال است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر نوروفیدبک بر علائم اختلال فزون‌کنشی/ نارسایی‌توجه در کودکان انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش</strong>: در قالب طرح مطالعه تک&shy; موردی تعداد 3 کودک مبتلا به نارسایی‌توجه/‌ فزون‌کنشی بین سنین 8 تا 9 سال انتخاب و تحت آموزش نوروفیدبک در طی 40 جلسه قرار گرفته و با پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان اسپرافکین، لانی، یونیتات و گادو (1984) ارزیابی شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های ترسیم دیداری، درصد داده‌های غیرهمپوش و همپوش، اندازه اثر <span dir="LTR">d</span> کوهن، شاخص تغییر پایا و شاخص درصد بهبودی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که نمرات هر سه آزمودنی در علائم نارسایی‌توجه/ فزون‌کنشی در طی مرحله درمان و پیگیری کاهش قابل ملاحظه‌ای داشته و اندازه درصد بهبودی در آزمودنی اول 72/0، در آزمودنی دوم 66/0، و در آزمودنی&nbsp; سوم 75/0، بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری‌</strong>: نوروفیدبک با فرایند بازخورد‌دهی مداوم&nbsp; به‌منظور تولید امواج مغزی متفاوت، مغز را برای اصلاح، تعدیل، و حفظ فعالیت مناسب تشویق می‌کند. آموزش نوروفیدبک در واقع تقویت مکانیسم‌های زیربنایی خودنظم&shy;جویی برای کارکرد موثر است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a disorder with a complex etiology,&nbsp;documentary studies emphasized on the neurological bases of this disorder. This study was conducted to determine the efficacy of neurofeedback on symptoms of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method: </strong>The single case study design selected 3 children with ADHD between the ages of 8 to 9 years and was trained with neurofeedback in 40 sessions. &nbsp;Child Symptom Inventory (CSI-4) was used to gather of data. &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results: </strong>For the analysis of data, was used visual analysis of charts, percentage of non-overlapping and overlapping data, Cohen&rsquo;s d effect size, significance of reliable change index (RCI) and percentage of improvement. The results of the analysis showed that all three subjects had significantly decreased scores in symptoms of attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder during treatment and follow-up. The percent improvement in first participant 72/0, the second participant 66/0, and 75/0 in third subjects.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Neurofeedback with continuous feedback process in order to produce different brain waves encourages the brain to modify, adjust and maintain appropriate action.
