fa مقایسه تنیدگی والدگری و آشفتگی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال اوتیسم و تأخیرتحولی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"> </span>مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال اوتیسم با چالش‌هایی مواجه هستند که باعث افزایش تنیدگی و علائم هیجانی در این مادران می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور مطالعه تنیدگی والدگری و آشفتگی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان مبتلابه اوتیسم و تأخیرتحولی انجام شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">روش‌:</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"> </span>طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران کودکان 11-6 ساله مبتلابه اختلال اوتیسم مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز توان‌بخشی و دانش‌آموزان مدارس با نیازهای ویژه شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 بود که تعداد 100 نفر از آنها (50 نفر مادر کودک مبتلابه اوتیسم و 50 نفر مادر کودک با تأخیرهای تحولی) با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مقیاس‌های ‌‌رفتار غیرعادی کودکان ‌(1986)، نسخه کوتاه آزمون علائم روانی‌(1973)‌، ‌‌مقیاس کارکرد انطباقی واینلند (1984)،‌ و شاخص تنیدگی والدگری (1967) توسط مادران تکمیل و داده</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل ‌شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"> </span>نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که بین مادران کودکان مبتلابه اوتیسم و کودکان با تأخیرتحولی در هر دو متغیر وابسته تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman;">(P<0/05)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات مادران کودکان مبتلابه اوتیسم به‌طور معناداری بالاتر از نمرات میانگین مادران کودکان با تأخیر تحولی است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">(P<0/05). </span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"> </span>یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد تنیدگی والدگری و آشفتگی روان‌شناختی در بین مادران کودکان مبتلابه اوتیسم در مقایسه با مادران کودکان با تأخیرهای تحولی بیشتر است که احتمالاً ناشی از مشکلات رفتاری زیاد و کارکردهای انطباقی پایین در بین این کودکان است که ضرورت دارد موردتوجه قرار گیرد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Background and Purpose: </strong></span>Mothers of children with autism are faced with challenges that increase stress and emotional symptoms in them. The present study was conducted to study the parental stress and psychological distress of the mothers of children with autism and developmental delay.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Method:</strong></span> The research design was descriptive and causal-comparative. The statistical population included all mothers of children aged 6-11 years with autism disorder referring to educational and rehabilitation centers and students with special needs in Tabriz city during the academic year 2014-2015. 100 of Mothers (50 mother of child with autism and 50 mother of child with developmental delay) were selected using convenience sampling method. The aberrant behavior checklist (1986), short form of mental symptoms test (1973), adaptive behavior scale (1984), and parents stress index (1967), completed by mothers. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference between the mothers of children with autism and children with developmental delay in both dependent variables (P<0.05).
