fa فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات روانشناختی و شیوه های مراقبتی بر افزایش رفتار دلبستگی مادر- جنین و مادر- نوزاد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ازآنجاکه شکل &shy;گیری دلبستگی مادر به کودک از همان ابتدای تولد و یا حتی قبل&shy;تر از آن (حین بارداری) آغاز می&shy; شود ازاین‌رو مداخله مناسب جهت آموزش به مادر در ایجاد دلبستگی صحیح بین خود و کودک تأثیر به سزایی دارد. به همین جهت هدف مطالعه حاضر فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات روان‌شناختی و شیوه‌های مراقبتی بر افزایش رفتار دلبستگی مادر- جنین و مادر- نوزاد قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">روش: </span></span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">بدین منظور از بین پژوهش‌های متعدد مربوط به این زمینه،21 پژوهش که در </span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">بین سال‌های(1378-1395) </span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر همچون؛ پایان‌نامه‌های کشور (ایران داک)، نشریات ایران (مگ ایران)، سایت علوم انسانی، پایگاه اطلاعاتی جهاد دانشگاهی و نشریات ادواری، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: lotos, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PubMed</span></span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">، پایگاه مقالات کشورهای اسلامی(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: lotos, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ISC</span></span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">) و پایگاه ثبت همایش‌های کشور(سیلویکا) نمایه شده بود و از لحاظ روش‌شناختی موردقبول بودند انتخاب و فراتحلیل بر روی آنها انجام شد. این پژوهش مبتنی بر 21 اندازه اثر است و ابزار استفاده‌شده چک‌لیست فراتحلیل بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده توسط نرم‌افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CMA-2</span></span></span> <span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان اندازه اثر مداخلات و آموزش‌های روان‌شناختی بر ارتقاء رفتارهای دلبستگی مادر- جنین و مادر- نوزاد به‌طورکلی 64/0 (0/001></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: lotos, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">p</span></span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> بود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: b zar;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">اندازه اثر به‌دست‌آمده برای اثربخشی مداخلات و آموزش‌های روان‌شناختی بر رفتار دلبستگی مادر- جنین و مادر- نوزاد طبق جدول تفسیر اندازه کوهن متوسط، محاسبه می‌شود؛ بنابراین این مداخلات و آموزش‌ها به‌طور مطلوبی می‌توانند در ارتقا رفتارهای دلبستگی مادر- جنین و مادر نوزاد، مؤثر واقع شوند.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> Since the formation of maternal attachment to the child begins from birth or even before that (during pregnancy), therefore appropriate interventions to educate mothers on the correct attachment process of fetal and maternal-infant is very important. The aim of the present study is a meta-analysis of psychological interventions and the effectiveness of self-care practices on increasing maternal attachment behavior of mother -fetal and mother-infant.</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Method</strong>:</span><span style="color:#000000;"> For this purpose, from among the numerous researches related to this field, 21 studies that was published during the years 1999-2016 in reputable databases such as Iranduc, Magiran, SID, Pubmed, ISC, portal of humanities science, & Silivika, was selected in terms of methodological criteria and meta-analysis was done on them. This research was based on 21 measure sizes and the tool used was meta-analysis checklist. Data was analyzed by CMA-2 software.</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Results</strong>:</span><span style="color:#000000;"> The results showed that the effect size of psychological interventions and education to promote mother-infant and mother-fetal attachment behavior was 0/64 (P<0/001), respectively.</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Conclusion</strong>:</span><span style="color:#000000;"> The effect size obtained of the effectiveness of interventions and psychological education in mother-fetal attachment behavior and mother-infant is calculated according to the average Cohen size interpretation table.
