fa مقایسه انسجام روانی و مکانیسم های دفاعی در والدین دارای کودک با اختلال طیف اوتیسم، نارسایی توجه/ فزون کنشی، و بهنجار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">:</span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"> بعضی از اختلال&shy; های روان</span><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">شناختی دوران کودکی مانند اختلال طیف اوتیسم و نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی، آسیب&shy; های روان‌شناختی معناداری را برای والدین به همراه دارند. بر اساس نتایج مطالعات مختلف، مشکلات متعدد این کودکان، اعضای خانواده را دچار آشفتگی و تنیدگی زیادی می&shy; کنند؛ بدین ترتیب </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">مقایسه انسجام روانی و مکانیسم&shy; های دفاعی در والدین دارای کودک مبتلابه اختلال طیف اوتیسم، </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">نارسایی توجه/فزون‌کنشی،</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> و بهنجار </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">روش: </span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه &shy;ای بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی والدین دارای کودک با </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">اختلال طیف اوتیسم</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">، نارسایی توجه/ فزون‌کنشی، و بهنجار شهر رشت در سال 96-1395 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 90 نفر از والدین جامعه آماری مذکور بودند که به روش نمونه</span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">&shy;</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">گیری در دسترس و بر حسب شرایط ورود و خروج از مطالعه، انتخاب شدند. برای اندازه&shy;گیری متغیرها، از </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">پرسشنامه &shy;های مکانیسم&shy; های دفاعی (</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">آندروز و همکاران، 1993) و</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> حس </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">انسجام (آنتونو</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">و</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">سکی، 1987) </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">استفاده شد. تحلیل داده &shy;های به دست آمده با </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"> </span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">بین سه گروه </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">والدین دارای کودک با </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">اختلال طیف اوتیسم</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">، </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">نارسایی توجه/ فزون&shy;کنشی،</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> و بهنجار در </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">هر یک از مؤلفه‌های انسجام </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">روانی تفاوت معنی&shy; داری وجود دارد (</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">0/05>p</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">). بدین ترتیب در متغیر انسجام روانی، والدین دارای کودک با اختلال </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">نارسایی توجه/ فزون&shy;کنشی</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> با میانگین 66/90، پایین&shy;ترین نمره؛ و والدین کودکان بهنجار با میانگین 101/33، بالاترین را به دست آوردند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">در</span> <span style="font-family:b zar;">مؤلفه‌های مکانیسم دفاعی در سه گروه از والدین، تفاوت معنی&shy;داری وجود دارد(</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">0/05>p</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">).</span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، والدین دارای کودکان مبتلابه اختلالات طیف </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">اوتیسم و نارسایی توجه/فزون&shy;کنشی،</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> سطوح بالاتری از تنیدگی&shy; های روانی مربوط به والدگری را تجربه می&shy; کنند که می&shy;تواند ناشی از نیازهای خاص این کودکان و تفاوت&shy; های بارز آنها با سایر همسالان از جنبه&shy; های مختلف شناختی و روانی باشد. بدین ترتیب طراحی و اجرای مداخلات مناسب روان&shy;شناختی و آموزشی برای والدین این کودکان با تأکید بر مداخلات اولیه می &shy;تواند تا حد زیادی راه گشا باشد.</span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> Certain childhood psychological disorders such as autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder result in significant psychological damages to parents. Based on the results of different studies, various problems in these children, cause anxiety and stress in their family members. Hence, this study was conducted to compare the coherence and defense mechanisms among the parents of normal children and parents of children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Method:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> This study was a descriptive and causal-comparative design. The statistical population included all parents of normal children and parents of children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in Rasht city in 2016-2017. The sample size of the study consisted of 90 parents who were selected by convenience sampling and based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. <em>Defense Style Questionnaire </em>(Andrews et al., 1993) and <em>Sense of Coherence</em> (Antonovsky, 1987) were used to measure the variables. The data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Results: </span></strong><span style="color:#000000;">The results of the study indicated that there was a significant difference among the three groups of parents of normal children and parents of children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in each component of coherence (p<0.05). Parents of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder had the lowest mean score in coherence (90.96), while the highest score (101.93) was for the group of parents with normal children. There was a significant difference between the three groups of parents in each component of defense mechanism (p<0<span dir="RTL">.</span>05).</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> Based on the results of the current research, parents of normal children and parents of children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder experience higher levels of mental stresses related to parenting, which may be caused by the special needs of these children and the distinctive psychological and mental differences between them and their peers.
