fa فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات روان شناختی و آموزشی بر کاهش نشانه های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> اختلال نافرمانی مقابله &shy;ای الگویی از لج &shy;بازی، نافرمانی و رفتار خصومت &shy;آمیز و دشمنی نسبت به بزرگترها است. درمان&shy; های متفاوتی تاکنون برای این اختلال استفاده شده &shy;اند که در گستره&shy;ی روان&shy; شناختی و آموزشی هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی فراتحلیل اثربخشی این الگوهای آموزشی و روان</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> شناختی است.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>روش:</strong></span> در مطالعه حاضر از روش فراتحلیل به عنوان یک فن آماری جهت تعیین، جمع&shy; آوری، ترکیب و خلاصه کردن یافته &shy;های پژوهشی مرتبط با این الگوها استفاده شد. از بین همه پژوهش&shy; های انجام شده در ایران در بازه زمانی سال&shy;های 1387 تا 1395 مقالاتی که </span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b zar;">دارای حجم مناسبی بوده و از لحاظ روش&shy;شناختی مانند جامعه، حجم نمونه، روش تحقیق، روش نمونه &shy;گیری و ابزار اندازه&shy; گیری مورد پذیرش بودند در این پژوهش گنجانده شدند که در نهایت 15 پژوهش حایز ملاک &shy;های پژوهش بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل چک&shy; لیست فراتحلیل بود که توسط محقق&shy; ساخته شد و از روش اندازه اثر کوهن برای دست&shy;یابی به مقدار ارتباط کلی استفاده شد. </span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">یافته</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">ها: </span></strong></span><span style="font-family:b zar;">یافته &shy;های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان اندازه &shy;اثر کلی این 15 مطالعه تحت مدل ثابت برابر با 361/0 است که بر اساس تفسیر ملاک کوهن، مقدار بالایی است.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> </span>باتوجه به اثربخشی بالای مداخلات روان&shy;شناختی و آموزشی می&shy;توان گفت که مداخلات آموزشی و درمان&shy; های روان</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"> شناختی می&shy; توانند در کاهش نشانه&shy; های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله &shy;ای سهم عمده&shy;ای داشته باشند.</span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong></span> Oppositional defiant disorder is a pattern of disobedience and hostility to adults. Different therapies have been used for this disorder, which are in the psychological and educational range. The purpose of this study is the meta-analysis of the effectiveness of psychological and educational interventions on the reduction of symptoms of coping disobedience disorder.</p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Method</strong>:</span> For this purpose, the meta-analysis method was used as a statistical method to determine, collect, combine and summarize the research results associated with these patterns.<br> Among all the studies conducted in Iran between 2008 and 2016, the articles that are appropriate methodologically, such as society, sample size, research method, sampling method and measurement tools, have been included studied in the present study.
