fa کنش‌های اجرایی در بستگان درجۀ یک کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم و بستگان کودکان بهنجار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سنجش کنش‌های اجرایی در والدین و بستگان افراد مبتلا به اوتیسم یکی از راه‌های نشان&shy;دهنده نقش ابعاد مختلف کنش‌های اجرایی در سبب‌شناسی اوتیسم است. این مطالعه کنش‌های اجرایی (بازداری و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی) را در بستگان درجه یک کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم مورد ارزیابی و سنجش قرار داده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش: </strong>روش مطالعه حاضر از نوع علّی مقایسه&shy; ای است. برای این منظور از تکالیف استروپ و دسته‌بندی کارت‌های ویسکانسین در 124 نفر از بستگان درجه اول افراد مبتلا به اوتیسم و 124 نفر افراد بهنجار استفاده گردید. همچنین پرسشنامه سنجش دامنه اوتیسم برای کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم جهت معیار ورود به پژوهش تکمیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه در عملکرد هر دو تکلیف انجام شده نشان داد و گروه بستگان افراد مبتلا به اوتیسم عملکرد ضعیف&shy;تری در بازداری و انعطاف‌پذیری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشتند (0/001> <span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> نارسایی کنش‌های اجرایی در افراد مبتلا به اوتیسم و خانوادۀ آنها، شناسایی ماهیت کنش‌های اجرایی مربوط به فنوتیپ اوتیسم را امکان‌پذیر می‌سازد. تلویحات ضمنی نتایج به دست آمده در مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</p> <p><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Assessment of executive functions in parents and relatives of individuals with autism disorder is one of the best ways to determine the role of different aspects of executive functions in the etiology of autism. Present study aimed to compare executive functions (inhibition & cognitive flexibility) in parents and siblings of autistic and normal children.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> Present study was a casual-comparative research. Sample consisted of 248 individuals (124 parents and siblings of autistic individuals and 124 parents and siblings of normal individual). Data were collected using Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire (ASSQ), Stroop Test, and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Results showed significant difference between the groups in terms of their performance in both tasks. In other words, parents and siblings of autistic individuals had poorer performance in inhibition and cognitive flexibility (<em>p</em> < .001).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Impairment in executive functions in individuals with autism disorder and their family can help researchers to identify the nature of autism-related executive functions disorders.
