fa تأثیر آموزش تربیت جنسی بر آگاهی، نگرش، و عملکرد مادران در پاسخ به سوالات دختران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تربیت جنسی یک مقوله بسیار مهم تربیتی است و در این میان میزان آگاهی، نوع نگرش، و عملکرد مادران بیشترین نقش را در تربیت رفتارهای جنسی سالم فرزندان دارد</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. در این راستا،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر پاسخ&shy;گویی مادران به سوالات جنسی دختران پایه ششم، انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>روش: </strong></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه &shy;آزمایشی از نوع پیش &shy;آزمون- پس&shy;آزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 30 مادر دارای&nbsp; دانش‌آموز دختر مشغول به تحصیل در پایه ششم دبستان منطقه 2 آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کرج در سال 1396-1395 بود که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، جایدهی شدند (هر‌گروه 15 نفر). برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه دانش، نگرش، و عملکرد تربیت جنسی مستوفی و همکاران ( 1395) استفاده شد. مادران گروه آزمایش، به مدت 9 هفته و هر هفته 11 ساعت تحت آموزش تربیت جنسی قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس یک&shy;متغیره و چندمتغیره استفاده شد. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: </span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج نشان داد پس از کنترل آماری اثر پیش آزمون، تفاوت معناداری در نمرات پس آزمون مؤلفه‌های آگاهی یا دانش، نگرش و عملکرد در دو گروه آزمون و گواه مشاهده می‌شود (0/05</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P<</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر‌اساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان گفت: آموزش تربیت جنسی باعث توانمند‌سازی مادران در پاسخگویی به سوالات جنسی دختران نوجوان و افزایش دانش، نگرش، و عملکرد آنان می‌شود. بنابراین، با توجه به اطلاعات ناکافی والدین به ویژه مادران در مورد پاسخگویی به سوالات جنسی نوجوانان، ارائه راهکارها و آموزش‌هایی جهت افزایش سطح آگاهی مادران و تغییر نگرش آنها، ضروری است. </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> Sexual education is a very important educational issue. Mothers&#39; knowledge, attitude, and practice play the most important roles in shaping healthy sexual behaviors in their children. In this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of the educational intervention on mothers&#39; responding to the sexual questions asked by their sixth grade daughters.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Method:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> This research was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 30 mothers with daughters studying at grade 6 of primary school at Dist. 2 of Karaj in 2016-2017. The participants were assigned randomly to either the experimental or control group (15 individuals per group). <em>Questionnaire of Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Sexual Education </em>(Mostofi et al., 2016) was used to collect the data. The mothers in the experimental group underwent 9 weeks of sexual education (11 hours per week). Univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance were used to analyze the data.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Results: </strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">results showed that after statistically controlling the effect of pretest, a significant difference was found between the experimental and control group in terms of knowledge, attitude, and practice (P <0.05).&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that mothers&#39; sexual education can empower them in responding to the sexual questions of their adolescent daughters and can improve their knowledge, attitude, and practice it this regard.
