fa فراتحلیل تأثیر مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی بر رفتار سازشی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">یکی از مهم&shy;ترین ملاک &shy;های تعریف و تشخیص کم&shy;توانی ذهنی، مشکلات معنادار در رفتارهای سازشی است. از آن جایی که بازی‌ یکی از روش‌های بهبود رفتار سازشی در کودکان کم &shy;توان ذهنی است،</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">به نظر می‌رسد که انجام یک فراتحلیل به روشن ساختن مقدار واقعی اثربخشی مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی بر رفتار سازشی آنها، کمک خواهد کرد. بدین ترتیب مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">اثربخشی</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">بر</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">رفتار سازشی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی در ایران انجام شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">روش:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">این پژوهش از نوع فراتحلیل است. </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">قبل از تحلیل اندازه اثر اختلاف میانگین‌ها، از روش پریزما برای مشخص کردن درخت تصمیم‌گیری استفاده شد. سپس </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">با استفاده از تکنیک فراتحلیل، اندازه اثر </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی&shy;درمانی</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">مشخص شد. 10 </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مطالعه</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> از 19 مطالعه انجام شده در ایران با کلید واژه‌های بازی، بازی‌درمانی، رفتار سازشی، کم‌توان ذهنی، و ناتوانی هوشی که در</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> پایگاه &shy;های</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Zar;">اطلاعات</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Zar;">علمی</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Zar;">جهاد دانشگاهی، بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران،</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">پژوهشگاه اطلاعات، گوگل اسکالر، مدارک</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Zar;">علمی</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Zar;">ایران، و بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> در سال‌های 1387 تا 1396 نمایه شده بودند با </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">توجه به</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">ملاک‌های</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">ورود</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">و</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">خروج،</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">گردآوری</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">و</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">فراتحلیل</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">شد</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">ند. </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">ابزار</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">پژوهش، فهرست</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">وارسی</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">فراتحلیل</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">بود و برای تحلیل داده‌ها</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">ی توصیفی</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> و محاسبه اندازه اثر پژوهش‌ها</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">از نرم‌افزار جامع فراتحلیل</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">استفاده شد</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان اندازه اثر </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">اختلاف میانگین‌ها مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">بر</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> رفتار سازشی 0/65 (0/00001</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">P&le;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">) بود</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">که بر اساس جدول کوهن (1998)، بالا است.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">با توجه به</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">تأثیر</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">بالای </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مداخلات مبتنی بر بازی‌درمانی می‌توان گفت این شیوه مداخله</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">می‌تواند در بهبود رفتار سازشی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی سهم عمده‌ای داشته باشند و به عنوان روشی مناسب در توانبخشی این کودکان، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> </span>One of the most important criteria for defining and identifying of intellectual disability is significant problems in adaptive behaviors. Since play is one of the ways to improve adaptive behavior in these children, it seems that conducting a meta-analysis will help determine the actual effect of play-based interventions on their adaptive behavior. Thus, the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of interventions based on play therapy on the adaptive behavior in children with intellectual disability in Iran.<br> <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>Method:</strong> </span>This research is a meta-analysis. Prior to analyzing the effect size of the mean differences, the PRISMA method was used to determine the decision tree model. Then, using the meta-analysis technique, the effect size of play-based interventions was determined. 10 of the 19 studies conducted in Iran with the keywords play, play therapy, adaptive behavior, mental retardation, and intellectual disability published at SID, IranMedex, IranDoc, Google Scholar, and Magiran during 2008-2018, were collected according to the entry and exit criteria and analyzed through meta-analysis.
