fa تحلیل کانونی رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی مدارس بر اساس ابعاد هافستد با نیازهای روانی اساسی دانش آموزان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: امروزه نیازهای روانی اساسی نقش مهمی را در محیط های پرورشی ایفا می&shy;کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی مدارس با نیازهای روان&shy; شناختی اساسی &nbsp;است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> روش اجرای پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و طرح پژوهشی همبستگی از نوع همبستگی بنیادی است. بدین منظور، 187 نفر از دانش آموزان پنجم ابتدایی شهر ارومیه با استفاده از نمونه&shy; گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس ابعاد فرهنگی هافستد (آکور، 2006) و نیازهای روانی اساسی (لاگواردیا و همکاران،2000) پاسخ دادند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> یافته &shy;های به &shy;دست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل همبستگی بنیادی نشان داد که ابعاد فرهنگی هافستد رابطه معنی&shy; داری با برآورده شدن نیازهای روانی دارند. تحلیل کانونی دو مجموعه معنی&shy; دار بین ابعاد فرهنگی و نیازهای روانی اساسی را نشان داد. در مجموعه اول تمامی چهار بعد هافستد رابطه منفی و معنی&shy; داری با نیازهای شایستگی، خودمختاری و ارتباط داشتند. در مجموعه دوم نیز فاصله قدرت و ابهام&shy; گریزی بالا و مردانگی پایین، رابطه منفی با خودمختاری اما رابطه مثبت با ارتباط داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> به طور کلی می&shy;توان نتیجه گرفت که در مدارسی که فرهنگ آنها از خودمختاری دانش&shy; آموزان حمایت نمی&shy; کند، در آنها احساس شایستگی، ارتباط و خودمختاری دانش&shy; آموزان پایین خواهد بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> today, basic psychological needs have key role in educational environments; the aim of current research is studying the relationship between organaizational cultures of schools with basic psychological needs</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method:</strong> 187 sixth grade elementary school students in Urmia city were selected and answered to the Hofstede cultural dimension scale (Akour, 2006), and basic need psychological (La Guardia et al. 2000</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Canonical correlation analysis revealed that Hofstede cultural dimensions have significant relationship with psychological needs satisfaction. Canonical analysis of data discovered two significant sets of relationship between cultural dimensions and basic psychological needs. In first set power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity/ femininity and individualism/ collectivism had the negative relationship with the sense of autonomy, competence and relatedness.
