رابطه والدگری ذهن آگاهانه با کنش های اجرایی کودکان: نقش واسطه ای امواج مغزی

زمینه و هدف: والدگری ذهن ­آگاهانه باعث افزایش ظرفیت والدگری توأم با آرامش، ثبات و سازش­ یافتگی بیشتر، گرم­تر شدن رابطه والد-کودک، و عملکرد مناسب والدین از نظر تربیتی می­شود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه والدگری ذهن­ آگاهانه با کنش­های اجرایی با در نظر گرفتن نقش وسطه­ ای امواج مغزی در کودکان است.
روش: روش این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گرد­آوری داده­ ها از نوع همبستگی و مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان مراجعه ­کننده به کلینیک اندیشه و رفتار شهر مشهد در سال 99-1398 بودکه با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گیری در دسترس، 133 شرکت­ کننده دختر و پسر (60 دختر، 73 پسر) 6 تا 12 سال به­ عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع ­آوری داده ­ها از پرسشنامه ­های والدگری ذهن­ آگاهانه (مک کافری و همکاران، 2015)، کنش­ های اجرایی کودکان و نوجوانان (بارکلی، 2012) و دستگاه نوروفیدبک استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ ها با روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS23 و LISREL8/8 انجام شد.
یافته ‏ها: برآیندها نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی با داده ها برخوردار است. نتایج بین والدگری ذهن­ آگاهانه و کنش­ های اجرایی یک رابطه مستقیم (0/32 =β، 5/34= t) نشان داد. همچنین رابطه غیرمستقیم بین والدگری ذهن­ آگاهانه و کنش­ه ای اجرایی از طریق موج آلفا (0/18 =β، 3/58= t) و (0/63 =β، 12/31= t)، موج بتا (0/15 =β، 3/16= t) و (0/57 =β، 9/32= t)، و موج تتا (0/12 =β، 1/25= t) و (0/22 =-β، 4/14-= t) وجود دارد.
نتیجه ‏گیری: بر اساس نتایج به ­دست­ آمده والدگری ذهن ­آگاهانه هم به صورت مستقیم و هم به ­صورت غیرمستقیم از طریق امواج مغزی، با کنش­ های اجرایی در ارتباط است. نتایج این پژوهش حاوی تلویحات کاربردی برای ارتقاء کنش ­های اجرایی کودکان در رابطه با والدگری است.
