اثربخشی آموزش زندگی خانواده در کاهش تنیدگی والدینی مادران دارای کودکان کم توان ذهنی

زمینه و هدف: والدگری از جمله سخت­ ترین نقش ­هایی است که بزرگسالان فاقد هرگونه آمادگی خاص، متعهد ایفای آن می­ شوند. به‌ خصوص اگر یکی از کودکان دارای کم ­توانی ذهنی باشد، ممکن است والدین را با مسائل بیشتری مواجه کند. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش زندگی خانواده در کاهش تنیدگی والدینی مادران دارای کودکان کم­ توان ذهنی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه­ آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 60 نفر از مادران دارای کودکان کم ­توان ذهنی از مدارس کودکان استثنایی شهر رشت در سال 97-1396 بودند که به روش نمونه ­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. این شرکتکنندگان پس از ورود به مرحله ارزیابی و دریافت رضایت آگاهانه در گروه­ های آزمایش (30 مادر) و گواه (30 مادر) جایدهی شدند. افراد نمونه شاخص تنیدگی والدینی آبیدین (1990) را در ابتدا و به‌ عنوان مرحله پیش ­آزمون تکمیل کردند و پس از هشت جلسه درمانی 90 دقیقه­ ای گروهی برای گروه­ آزمایش، در مراحل پسآزمون، هر دو گروه مورد سنجش مجدد قرار گرفتند. داده ­ها به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره در محیط نرم­ افزار SPSS-24 تحلیل شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش زندگی خانواده منجر به کاهش تقویت­ گری (38/42)، پذیرندگی (28/51)، سازش ­پذیری (18/92)، فزون ­کنشی (30/47)، احساس صلاحیت (17/54)، احساس دلبستگی (16/42)، احساس محدودیت (39/53)، احساس افسردگی (44/49)، روابط با همسر (16/22) و سلامت والد (16/86) در مادران کودکان کم­ توان ذهنی شده است (0/01>p).
نتیجه ­گیری: یافته ­های این پژوهش مشخص کرد با افزایش مهارت­ های مادران دارای کودکان کم­توان ذهنی از طریق برنامه اصلاح رفتار و آشنایی مادر با فنون والدگری می­ توان تنیدگی والدین دارای کودکان کم­توان ذهنی را به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش داد.
