طراحی و اعتباریابی برنامه مداخله مبتنی بر سیستم‌های یادگیری چندگانه برای دانش‌آموزان با اختلال یادگیری خاص با نارسایی در خواندن: مطالعه فراترکیب

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین مهارت‌هایی که در یادگیری دانش‌آموزان نقش اساسی ایفا می‌کند، مهارت خواندن است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و اعتباریابی برنامه مداخله مبتنی بر سیستم‌های یادگیری چندگانه برای دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال یادگیری خاص با نارسایی خواندن بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع فراترکیب است. به همین منظور پنج پایگاه اطلاعاتی در بازه‌های زمانی 2005 تا 2021 با استفاده از راهبرد جستجوی دقیق بررسی شدند. برای به دست آوردن مقالات منتخب جهت ورود به تحلیل، از راهبرد جستجوی نظام‌مند استفاده شد. کلیدواژه‌های یادگیری رویه‌ای، آماری، توالی، نارساخوانی و معادل انگلیسی آنها، Specific learning disability, Learning Systems, Dyslexia در پایگاه اطلاعاتی Scopus، Sciencedirect، PubMed، PsycINFO و Springe، Magiran, Sid, Noormags جستجو شدند. در نتیجه این جستجو، 229 مقاله بازیابی و بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، 22 مقاله برای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از «مدل هفت مرحله‌ای ساندلووسکی و باروسو» استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس کدهای شناسایی شده، در کل 19 مقوله مربوط به سیستم‌های یادگیری و برنامه‌ مداخله استخراج شد. برخی از مقوله‌های مربوط به سیستم‌های یادگیری عبارت‌اند از: ضمنی بودن، غیرکلامی بودن، تدریجی بودن، رفتاری بودن، شمارگانی بودن یادگیری؛ و مقوله‌های مربوط به برنامه‌ مداخله عبارت بودند از: توالی دیداری، توالی شنیداری، توالی حرکتی، هماهنگی حسی و حرکتی، توالی زبانی، بازی، راهبردهای شناختی و فراشناختی، دقت و تمرکز. مقوله‌های استخراج شده مورد توافق کدگذاران (کاپای کوهن: 65 /0) قرار گرفت. سپس اهداف و محتوا و فعالیت‌های مرتبط با سیستم‌‌های یادگیری شناسایی و برنامه مداخله در 14 جلسه تنظیم شد. روایی اهداف و محتوای برنامه نیز با فرمول نسبت روایی محتوا با نمره 85/0 و نیز شاخص روایی محتوا 79/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه می‌توان گفت توجه به سیستم‌های یادگیری، چارچوب مناسبی را برای طراحی برنامه مداخله و همچنین کار با دانش‌آموزان نارساخوان، فراهم می‌کند. از یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌توان در طراحی برنامه‌های انفرادی و گروهی بهبود مهارت خواندن استفاده کرد و این برنامه را به‌عنوان یک برنامه توان‌بخشی سودمند به متخصصان و درمانگران حوزه اختلال‌های یادگیری ویژه پیشنهاد داد.
