کنش های عصب شناختی اجرایی: تحول و تعامل با عوامل محیطی

زمینه و هدف: کنش ­های اجرایی اصطلاحی کلی است و دربرگیرنده مؤلفه‌هایی که در عین تمایز با یکدیگر، الگوی مشترکی را شکل می­ دهند. این کنش­ ها توانایی استفاده از فرایندهای شناختی سطح بالایی هستند که باعث توجه فرد به جنبه ­های مهم تکلیف و برنامه‌ریزی جهت اتمام آن می ­شود. در سال‌های اخیر یک نگرش کلی شکل ‌گرفته است که کنش‌های اجرایی در تعامل با محیط تحول پیدا می­ کنند و نباید تأثیرات عوامل اجتماعی و محیطی مؤثر بر تحول کنش‌های اجرایی نادیده گرفته شود. بدین ترتیب، هدف پژوهش حاضر معرفی عوامل تحولی محیطی مؤثر بر تحول کنش‌های اجرایی بود.
روش: بررسی داده ­­ها در پژوهش حاضر به‌صورت مروری نظام ­مند انجام‌ گرفته است. روش ­شناسی آن نیز مبتنی بر گردآوری، طبقه ­بندی، و خلاصه کردن یافته­ های مقالات علمی پژوهشی مرتبط با عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر تحول کنش‌های اجرایی بین سال‌های میلادی 2018-2008 برگرفته از پایگاه ­های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی شامل SID، Magiran،Google Scholar، Scopus، Science Direct،  PubMed با کلیدواژه‌های کنش­ های اجرایی، تحول حرکتی، تحول زبان، دلبستگی، نارس بودن، وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی، سبک‌های والدگری، اضطراب، و کرتکس پیش ­پیشانی، صورت پذیرفته است. در ادامه و  در جستجوی اولیه 52 مقاله انتخاب شدند که از بین آنها 9 مقاله به علت قدیمی بودن،13 مقاله به علت کیفیت پایین، 6 مقاله به علت مروری بودن، و 6 مقاله به علت تکراری بودن در چند پایگاه اطلاعاتی حذف شدند در پایان 18 مقاله انتخاب جهت بررسی انتخاب شدند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد با وجود اینکه از زمان توجه به کنش ­های اجرایی، پایه­ های زیستی آن بیشتر مطرح ‌شده است، عوامل محیطی مانند وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی، سبک والدگری، اضطراب، تحول حرکتی، تحول زبان، دلبستگی، و نارس بودن کودک در تحول کنش­ های اجرایی نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای ایفا می‌کنند. به عبارتی تحول کنش‌های اجرایی از دوران نوزادی شروع می‌شود و فرایند آن تا دوره نوجوانی ادامه دارد  و در این بازه زمانی تحول کنش‌های اجرایی بیشتر تحت تأثیر عوامل محیطی  هستند.
نتیجه­ گیری: با بررسی مطالعات انجام‌گرفته می ­توان استنباط کرد که هنوز بررسی‌ها برای مشخص کردن عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر تحول کنش ­های اجرایی کودکان، در ابتدای راه است و جامعه علمی برای مشخص کردن دقیق ­تر این عوامل به تلاش ­های بیشتری نیاز دارد. با این‌ وجود پژوهش ­های محدود انجام‌گرفته در سال­ های اخیر که به‌صورت علمی و بی‌طرفانه انجام ‌شده ­اند، نشان‌دهنده تأثیر چشم ­گیر شرایط محیطی در تحول کنش‌های اجرایی است؛ به همین دلیل متخصصان و والدین در تحول و تقویت کنش‌های اجرایی باید توجه ویژه­ای به عوامل محیطی داشته باشند.
