fa پیامدهای خشونت رسانه‌ای بر کودکان و نوجوانان: مطالعه مروری روایتی Consequences of media violence on children and adolescents: a narrative review تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: خشونت رسانه‌ای در سال‌های اخیر به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر سلامت روان کودکان و نوجوانان، توجه گسترده پژوهشگران را به خود جلب کرده است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی و تحلیل پیامدهای روان‌شناختی مواجهه با خشونت رسانه‌ای و تبیین سازوکارهای نظری مرتبط با آن بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعه مروری روایتی و به روش توصیفی انجام شد. منابع علمی از طریق جستجوی  کلیدواژه‌های media violence، violent content، video games، social media، aggression، children، adolescents و سایر ترکیبات مرتبط در Google Scholar و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر شامل JSTOR، PubMed، SAGE Journals، ScienceDirect، SpringerLink و Wiley Online Library در بازه زمانی  سال های 1965 تا 2026 گردآوری و مورد توصیف، تبیین، و بحث قرار گرفتند. معیارهای ورود منابع شامل ارتباط موضوعی با پژوهش، اعتبار علمی، برخورداری از روش‌شناسی مشخص، و دسترسی به متن کامل بود. معیارهای خروج شامل تکراری بودن منابع، نداشتن ارتباط موضوعی، و فقدان اطلاعات روش‌شناختی کافی بود. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این مطالعه مروری کتابخانه‌ای نشان داد که مواجهه با خشونت رسانه‌ای می‌تواند در کوتاه‌مدت با افزایش برانگیختگی و فعال‌شدن افکار و هیجانات پرخاشگرانه همراه باشد و در بلندمدت با حساسیت‌زدایی نسبت به خشونت، تضعیف همدلی، و تداوم الگوهای رفتاری پرخاشگرانه و ضدّ اجتماعی ارتباط پیدا کند. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن است که این اثرات در بستر رسانه‌های مختلف قابل مشاهده بوده و در تعامل با عوامل فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، و فرهنگی شکل می‌گیرند. این پیامدها را می‌توان بر اساس چارچوب‌های نظری و سازوکارهای تبیینی مختلف، از جمله نظریات یادگیری اجتماعی، کاشت، حساسیت‌زدایی، و مدل عمومی پرخاشگری تبیین کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع یافته‌های این مطالعه بر اهمیت توجه به پیامدهای روان‌شناختی مواجهه با خشونت رسانه‌ای در کودکان و نوجوانان، به‌ویژه در ارتباط با شکل‌گیری و تداوم گرایش‌های پرخاشگرانه، تأکید دارد و ضرورت طراحی و اجرای مداخلات پیشگیرانه در سطوح خانواده، نظام آموزشی و سیاست‌گذاری رسانه‌ای را برجسته می‌سازد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Purpose: Media violence has attracted considerable attention from researchers in recent years as a factor affecting the mental health of children and adolescents. This study aimed to investigate and analyze the psychological consequences of exposure to media violence and to elucidate the underlying theoretical mechanisms. Method: This research was a narrative review study and was conducted using a descriptive method. Scientific literature was identified through searches using the keywords media violence, violent content, video games, social media, aggression, children, adolescents, and other related combinations in Google Scholar and major academic databases, including JSTOR, PubMed, SAGE Journals, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Wiley Online Library. Sources published between 1965 and 2026 were collected, described, interpreted, and discussed. Inclusion criteria included thematic relevance to the study, scientific credibility, a clearly described method, and full-text availability. Exclusion criteria included duplicate sources, lack of thematic relevance, and insufficient methodological information. Results: The findings of this review indicated that exposure to media violence may be associated with increased arousal and activation of aggressive thoughts and emotions in the short term, and with desensitization to violence, reduced empathy, and the persistence of aggressive and antisocial behavioral patterns in the long term. The findings also showed that these effects can be seen across different media contexts and may be influenced by interactions among individual, family, social, and cultural factors. These consequences can be explained by various theoretical frameworks and explanatory mechanisms, including Social Learning Theory, Cultivation Theory, Desensitization Theory, and the General Aggression Model.
