فراتحلیل مداخله های روان‌شناختی بر کاهش علائم اختلال اضطراب جدایی در کودکان ایرانی

زمینه و هدف: اختلال اضطراب جدایی یکی از شایع ­ترین اختلالات روانی کودکان است. این اختلال به دلیل میزان شیوع بالا و پیامد‌‌­های عملکردی، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. درباره میزان اثر‌بخشی انواع درمان­ های روان‌شناختی برای کودکان دارای اضطراب جدایی تردید وجود دارد. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف فراتحلیل مداخله‌های روان‌شناختی موجود برکاهش علائم اختلال اضطراب جدایی در کودکان ایرانی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهشی مورد استفاده، فراتحلیل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی مقالات منتشر شده از سال 1387 تا 1402 با موضوع اثربخشی درمان ­های روان‌شناختی بر علائم اختلال اضطراب جدایی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی SID، Magiran،Irandoc، Civilica، Ricest، Noormags و Ensani.ir بوده است. با توجه به چک‌لیست استخراج داده، 48 مطالعه، ملاک ورود به پژوهش را داشتند که به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده نرم‌افزار فراتحلیل CMA3 انجام شد.
یافته­ ها: فراتحلیل مقالات نشان داد درمان­ های روانشــناختی دارای اندازه اثر مناسب برای اختلال اضــطراب جدایی کودکان بودند. میانگین اندازه اثر درمان­ های روان‌شـــناختی در اختلال اضـــطراب جدایی 29/1 بود. مداخلات شناختی‌رفتاری در درمان اختلال اضطراب جدایی مؤثرتر است (اندازه اثر: 96/1). همچنین مداخلات والد-کودک به نسبت مداخلاتی که کودک را به تنهایی یا والد را به تنهایی مورد هدف قرار می­دهند، میانگین اندازه اثر بیشتری را به خود اختصاص داد.
نتیجه ­گیری: اندازه اثر به‌دست آمده، کارایی درمان‌های روان‌شناختی به‌خصوص درمان شناختی‌رفتاری در بهبود علائم اضطراب جدایی کودکان نشان داد. بنابراین تمامی مداخلات می‌توانند در درمان این اختلال به صورت مجزا یا تلفیقی استفاده شوند. پیشنهاد می‌شود هنگام انتخاب برنامه درمان و مداخله، اثربخشی، سن، اختلالات همراه، شرایط خانوادگی، توانایی‌ها و مهارت‌های روانی و اجتماعی کودک، هزینه‌ها، و ترجیح بیمار درنظر گرفته شود تا اثربخشی بیشتری را به همراه داشته باشد.
