اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین بر حرمت‌خود کودکان پیش دبستانی

زمینه و هدف: دوره پیش‌دبستانی به عنوان یکی از مهم­ترین دوره‌های تحولی کودکان بوده که توجه به آن می‌تواند به تحول شخصیت سالم در بزرگسالی منجر شود، زیرا مفاهیم مرتبط به تحول شناختی، هیجانی، عاطفی، و اجتماعی در این دوره پایه‌گذاری و تحول می‌یابد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین بر حرمت‌خود کودکان پیش از دبستان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان پیش‌دبستانی (5 ساله) و والدین آنها (34 تا 42 سال) در شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. در پژوهش حاضر با مراجعه به مراکز پیش‌دبستانی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس ، تعداد ۳۰ کودک انتخاب و از والدین آنها جهت شرکت در پژوهش دعوت شد. سپس والدین در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه به تصادف (۱۵ نفر در هر گروه). جایدهی شدند ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه حرمت‌خود کودکان (عزیزی مقدم، ۱۳۸۶) بود. قبل از ارائه مداخله (دوره آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین)، مرحله پیش‌آزمون برای دو گروه آزمایش و گواه اجرا شد و سپس گروه آزمایش در معرض ۸ جلسه (۹۰ دقیقه‌ای) دوره آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین قرار گرفت. پس از پایان دوره مداخله از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که برنامه آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین بر حرمت‌خود کودکان پیش‌دبستانی تأثیر دارد (0/0005P<)؛ به گونه­ ای که 29 درصد تغییرات حرمت‌خود کودکان پیش‌دبستانی توسط برنامه آموزشی زودهنگام کوئین تبیین می‌شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: درآموزش برنامه کوئین به والدین، تکنیک‌هایی مانند چگونگی تقویت مهارت دانش، حافظه، استدلال دیداری - فضایی، مهارت‌های شناختی، و مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف فرزندشان آموزش داده شد و در نتیجه سبب بهبود ادراک خودکارآمدی در کودکان و به مرور زمان باعث  شکل‌گیری حرمت‌خود بالاتر در آنها شده است.
